Our highly trained and professional staff is dedicated to supporting the development and individual needs of our students. Our teachers and support staff use proven methodologies and a highly effective and individualized curriculum to enable children to grow academically and socially.  Our knowledgeable staff is under the supervision of Lisa La Fata. 

Lisa La Fata received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and her Masters degree from Hofstra University.  She holds a triple certification in Special Education, Elementary Education, and Early Childhood Education.  She traveled the country learning from pioneers in the field of special education.  She is a consultant to schools, families, and organizations. 

In 2002, Lisa created Kid Success, Inc., a special education agency dedicated to serving children, families, professionals, and schools.  She created unique socialization classes parining neuro-typical peer models with children who have social skills deficits.  Lisa's curricula and techniques have served as a model to schools and professionals.  She is a national consultant and has given numerous seminars and workshops on a variety of topics.
